Delivery

We offer free delivery for purchases above AED30 . Below AED30 purchases will be charged AED19. We deliver within 24-72 hrs. 

After placing your order :

  • You understand that you have accidentally placed an order or made a mistake while ordering, please give us a call our customer service number and one of our team members will try to assist you.
  • Or if you have placed an Order And Need To Change your Delivery Details,Contact the Customer Service Number and tell them that you’d like to change your delivery address.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details and must pay for the compensation.

Delivery Policy

  • MarginFix.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of U.A.E
  • A Single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and / or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.”

 

Returns/Exchanges

How to Return/Exchange an Item

  • To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at 050 3965783 to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) number.
  • All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing (carton) or product itself. The RMA number must be clearly written on the invoice copy.
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 10 days from receiving the RMA number. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after the 10 days.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
  • Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned in 'AS NEW' condition. (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and factory packaging/seals or damaging the product in any way) and must be carefully re-packaged as received.
  • Our Returns Department will contact you for picking up the returned item and will do on fulfilling above conditions.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Returns / Exchange Policy

Please read all conditions below. Marginfix reserves the right to refuse a return / refund / exchange request.

  • Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Also cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled after 12hrs or the order has already dispatched.
  • If you decide to return your purchase with in 7 days of the receipt simply because you have Changed your Mind, we will process your request after deducting 15% of the invoice value (this is to compensate certain administrative and other expenses involving booking and cancellation - please bear with us). 
  • Refunds will be done only through Original Mode of Payment
